5 Day Kenya Safari Adventure

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and meet your professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, drive approximately 2 hours northwest to Lake Nakuru National Park. Afternoon game drive around the lake shores — spotting thousands of lesser and greater flamingos, white rhinos, lions, leopards resting in yellow fever trees, and the elegant Rothschild’s giraffe. Dinner and overnight at a lake-view lodge.

Early morning game drive along the lake shoreline — witness the spectacle of flamingo flocks turning the water pink at dawn. Also look out for white and black rhinos, leopards resting in fig trees, and a resident lion pride that frequents the southern plains. After lunch, drive south into the Great Rift Valley and down to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for an evening bush drive across the golden savannah. Dinner and overnight.

A full day exploring the Masai Mara ecosystem — one of the finest wildlife areas on Earth. Morning and afternoon game drives through the open savannah and Musiara Marsh, encountering lion prides, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, wildebeest, and the full cast of East Africa’s wildlife. Picnic lunch in the bush. Return to lodge at dusk for dinner and overnight.

Morning game drive focusing on the Mara River — during the Great Migration season (July–October), millions of wildebeest and zebras thunder across the crocodile-filled river in one of nature’s greatest spectacles. Afternoon visit to a traditional Maasai manyatta (village) — witness warrior dances, learn about herding traditions and bead craftsmanship, and interact with one of East Africa’s most iconic communities. Dinner and overnight.

Final sunrise game drive across the Mara plains — the golden morning light is perfect for photography. After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi through the Great Rift Valley.
