3 Day Kibale Forest Chimpanzee Safari

You will be picked up by our company safari guide from Entebbe or Kampala to start your 3-day safari to Kibale National Park — also known as the primate capital of the world. You will have stunning views of tea plantations, homesteads, and views of the Rwenzori mountain ranges. You will have lunch en route then continue to the park, check in to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

You will start your day with an early morning breakfast, after which you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing. After the briefing you will be led by experienced park guides into the forest in search of chimpanzees. This activity takes 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on where the chimpanzees are located. Once the chimpanzees are found, you will be able to spend one hour in their natural environment — learning how they feed, communicate, play and fight, while taking photos and videos that create lasting memories. After, return to the lodge for lunch and relax. In the afternoon, you will head for the Bigodi community walk — another memorable experience. Here you will see different tree species, birds, local brew makings, craft making and cultural dances. Then return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

You will start your day with a relaxed morning breakfast, check out from the lodge and start your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. You will have lunch en route then continue your journey — marking the end of your 3-day amazing chimpanzee tracking safari.
