4 Day Kidepo Valley National Park Safari

You will be picked up by our professional guide from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe early in the morning, then drive north via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided foot rhino tracking experience. You will have lunch en route. After, continue to Gulu — a bustling town in Northern Uganda. On arrival, check in to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive northeast through Karamoja's scenic plains and homesteads to Kidepo Valley National Park. Have lunch en route. On arrival, check into the lodge, relax a bit, then head out for your first game drive in the wildlife-rich Narus Valley. Spot elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and more. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, set off for a morning game drive where you will spot predators like lions, leopards, and other animals including kobs, oribis, and birds. After the game drive, return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Karamojong community for a cultural immersion — learning about their way of life, traditional crafts, and cattle culture. Engage in local dance and storytelling. Then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, start your journey back south. Have lunch en route, then continue your journey where you will be dropped off to your preferred destination — marking the end of your Kidepo Valley National Park safari.
