Day 1

Arrival in Entebbe – Transfer to Kampala

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a professional driver-guide. After immigration and luggage collection, transfer by private safari vehicle to your hotel in Kampala. The drive offers a first glimpse of Uganda's vibrant roadside life and greenery. Check-in and refresh after the long journey. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a relaxed evening walk around the hotel area or simply rest. Dinner will be served at the hotel or a nearby restaurant. Overnight in Kampala.

Day 2

Kampala City Tour, Ndere Cultural Centre & Nightlife

After breakfast, embark on a guided Kampala City Tour — visiting key landmarks, craft markets, historical sites, monuments, and local neighbourhoods to experience daily Ugandan life. Enjoy interactions with local vendors and artisans while learning about the city's history and culture. Lunch is served at Soleen Foods, offering authentic Ugandan cuisine. In the evening, proceed to the famous Ndere Cultural Centre for colourful traditional dance and music performances showcasing Uganda's diverse tribes and heritage. Later, enjoy Kampala's vibrant nightlife with live band entertainment. Return to the hotel for overnight rest.

Day 3

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After early breakfast, depart Kampala for northern Uganda. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an unforgettable guided rhino tracking experience on foot. Accompanied by expert rangers, walk through the sanctuary and observe rhinos in their natural habitat while learning about conservation efforts. Lunch is enjoyed at the sanctuary. Continue driving to Murchison Falls National Park, passing rural landscapes and scenic countryside. Arrive in the late afternoon and check in at the lodge. Relax, enjoy the sunset, and listen to natural sounds of the wilderness. Dinner and overnight near the park.

Day 4

Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in the northern sector of Murchison Falls National Park — searching for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and possible lions as the savannah awakens. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat cruise on the River Nile to the base of the mighty Murchison Falls. Spot hippos, crocodiles, water birds, and animals drinking along the riverbanks. The boat approaches the thunderous falls for excellent photo moments. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Top of the Falls & Nature Walk

After breakfast, drive to the Top of Murchison Falls where the Nile forces through a narrow gorge creating powerful cascades. Enjoy a guided walk, breathtaking viewpoints, and photography of the dramatic scenery. Learn about the geological formation and ecosystem surrounding the falls. Afterward, return to the lodge for lunch. The afternoon is free for relaxation, swimming, or optional activities such as bird watching and nature walks around the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, begin a scenic transfer southward toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. The drive passes through rural communities, plantations, rolling hills, and the Albertine Rift Valley landscapes. Stop for lunch and refreshments en route. Arrival in Queen Elizabeth National Park is in the evening. Check in to the lodge and relax after the long drive. Depending on time, enjoy sunset views overlooking the park or surrounding crater lakes. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7

Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Wake up early for a morning game drive in Kasenyi Plains — one of the best wildlife areas in the park. Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kob, warthogs, and many bird species. Return to the lodge for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, enjoy the famous Kazinga Channel boat cruise offering close encounters with hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and abundant birdlife along the water banks. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 8

Transfer to Kampala

After breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and drive back to Kampala. Enjoy scenic countryside views and local village life along the way. Stop for lunch and refreshments en route. Arrival in Kampala in the late afternoon or early evening. Check in at the hotel and relax after the journey. Guests may enjoy optional evening leisure, shopping, or rest at the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Kampala.

Day 9

Ewaffe Cultural Village Excursion

After breakfast, transfer to Ewaffe Cultural Village for a full cultural immersion experience. Participate in village activities such as traditional cooking, storytelling, farming demonstrations, craft making, music, dance, and guided community walks. Guests interact with local hosts and gain firsthand knowledge of Buganda traditions and daily rural life. Enjoy a locally prepared lunch at the village. In the afternoon, return to Kampala for relaxation. Dinner and overnight in Kampala.

Day 10

Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy short leisure time or last-minute shopping. Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your international departure flight. End of the 10-day Wildlife and Cultural Safari.
